AI Ready Check is primarily an educational and public-good tool — a free, self-serve assessment that helps organizations understand their AI readiness. It is not a paid product.

What we collect

When you use the assessment, we collect your name, email address, and — optionally — your company, job title, industry, and company size. We also collect your assessment answers, which are used to generate your score and recommendations.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to generate your report, to improve the tool, and to understand aggregate readiness trends. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Future commercial contact

Because we provide this free tool, we may contact you in the future by email with information about commercial services that build on it — for example, deeper assessments, workshops, or advisory services. Your email may be used for this purpose. You can opt out of any commercial email at any time: an unsubscribe option will be included in every commercial email, and you can also request removal by contacting us at the site operator.

Opt-out and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the site operator. We will honor deletion requests.

Cookies & analytics

We do not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) may be collected automatically for security and reliability.

Data retention

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete it on request.

California residents may request details about the personal information we've collected and request its deletion, per the opt-out and deletion section above.
